Mon, 27 March 2006 This is a location podcast from Panama City, Florida, the place I like to call the "Redneck Riviera" (sorry to all of you guys that live in that area. It's just a joke). I love coming down here because it's beautiful and very relaxing and actually, the living standard is starting to pick up due to the local chamber of commerce. At any rate, this show is under 15 minutes long and showcases an independent artist named Fedel. He's a long time supporter of Beatmart's artists and Beatmart.com. Hope you enjoy the show and please hit me up with your questions, comments, and pictures to wrgopodcast@gmail.com. The picture is the view from our spot on the relatively secluded beach.Comments[3] |
Wed, 22 March 2006 What's up y'all. Today is a long cast of over 30 minutes. I did some updates from a news perspective, but really the brundt of the cast is answering questions. We had a ton of people send in some great questions and I ended up choosing the ones that I liked the best. Thanks to all of you for sending in the great questions. Keep them coming to wrgopodcast@gmail.com. Send in your pictures, comments, audio questions or songs, etc. Ya never know; it may get some airplay! I can now use pictures in the podcast since it's now considered an enhanced podcast. So send in some pix. I'm currently getting ready to go with the family to the beach right before GMA week gets here. I need the rest, and I'm certainly going to need it with GMA on the horizon. Hope everyone is well. Until next time. B's up!Comments[3] |
Mon, 13 March 2006 This podcast was done a few days ago, but there's some good information in this as well as some pertinent advice coming from the "work horse" himself. As you'll hear in this podcast, Bobby seems to be doing pretty well. I DO know that he's staying extremely busy as you can see in his touring schedule at bobbybishop.com or at beatmart.com. As for me, things are as busy as ever. The DJ Morph submissions mixtape is moving along nicely and we'll certainly keep you updated as it progresses. Let us hear from you at wrgopodcast@gmail.com. Mon, 6 March 2006 Okay, so it's been since Valentine's Day that I've done a podcast. Things have been crazy around here in Beatmart land. Today is a full update cast, a bit of experimentation, and a little controversy thrown in. Also, if you listen to this podcast in itunes, you'll see that it is enhanced with photos as you listen. It's a relatively new feature that I thought was pretty cool. At any rate, I'm not so sure I liked recording the podcast in this new format, so I may switch back to the old way of doing it in the "on the fly" radio format. We'll just have to see. The main thing is I don't really care for the sound quality of this podcast, but I'll let you guys speak into that process. Let me know what you think at: wrgopodcast@gmail.com. Sorry for taking so long to get this out to you. I'm going to try and make it a much shorter interim period between airings. The above photo is of my late grandfather Thomas M. Collins. He was an evangelist/pastor for the majority of his life. He was highly respected by his peers, including his friend Billy Graham. Thought I'd share that with you because I dig the photo. Hope all's well with everyone and don't forget to go pick up Fresh Digress starting March, 7th, 2006! B's up!Comments[4] |
